Our culture is alive and thriving, our means of transportation have four tires rather than four legs. We as Natives joke around about our vehicles being our war ponies and how strong they are compared to other vehicles. With each dent, scratch, crack in the window and missing hubcap comes a story about bravery and tough battles, but nonetheless, a vehicle that can start up and haul anything when you need it to do so.

The designs painted onto the truck are the same designs we would paint on our horses reflecting their feats in battles and specific abilities a horse ma have. The lightening represents the speed and power the horse may have while the dots/hail stones represented the power of their presence. the Dragonflies represent protection and the ability to dodge the negative forces around us.
The dancer sleeping in the back is a Northern Traditional dancer, a "warrior" or "storyteller" while dancing. They showcase how they went on a hunt or fought in a battle and is placed within the artwork to represent the "warrior" mentality we often give to our vehicles and their back-stories.
